Fabulous & fresh guac with big chunks of avocado- we LOVED it. Not in the menu but I def recommend the fish tacos too.
I tin forgive them for not including the traditional pickled ruby onions because they nail the balance of achiote and pork in the recipe. The spice level is but right.
