1 - I moved to SF and I can't make +thou, just I recollect it'southward not the app fault, just has less jobs... two - Since I'thou very good, sometimes the new customers it's very hard to care for, they have a trouble in their life and treat you very bad, I take a customer in Brooklyn, she were crazy, very large and dirty identify, because I finish earlier the fourth dimension(I have experience and I work fast and exercise great job) she asked for I wash the walls, I decided to cancel, afterward that, because she wasn't overnice human, and she got her money back, I wast my time and I paid $40 to handy cancellation(it's the rule) but should be good if handy delimited what's the job hateful, because I'm fast doesn't hateful I have to wash walls( or others stuff customers ask) considering I stop early. I got also upset with the customer, and this some time happens iii - it's not conspicuously the Rate, when I got $22 hours(+50 jobs and rate above 4,75) and I do the aforementioned quality jobs or great to go on $22 hour, my rating going very down without feedback or the feedback makes no sense, and I backed to receive $xx hour for no reason(serious no reason, I know my task) very weird and for me this the thing is handy fault because I practise everything to proceed my rate very high and I deserve to receive $22, or unless receive a real feedback for I improve

If yous attempt to vocalisation your concerns to someone they accept hours to respond and the responses are completely hare-brained. He told me, and I quote, "But do the job" and he left the chat. (I took a screenshot of the conversation) When I went to the task he wasn't there so I waited the thirty minutes and called/texted him. I so left and was compensated for the no evidence. 1 hr after the chore would have started the customer then starts sending me harassing messages which somehow magically disappeared. I was and then charged $50 for a no testify and the 3 hours compensation. So, before I can brand coin again I will take to work a job for free!!! $137 and I'll be correct with Handy once again. How is this fifty-fifty legal? I've also been sexually harassed past a customer that was drunk and actively drinking at 9 in the morn and locked in his apartment. I was able to escape and contacted Handy. They gave me $15 for the "trouble" and his cleaning was put back on the schedule for another woman to peradventure be raped or murdered. I tin can't not believe how many negative reviews in that location are by people like me and Handy is nonetheless operating this fashion.

Too many loyal HomeAdvisor customers would cancel their account or go elsewhere due to new options beingness pushed to the forefront without knowledge or explanation.
